(More customer reviews)I replaced my stock air filter with this item.I had a 3 cylinder Geo Metro previously and a K&N filter worked wonders for me in that vehicle.In the Geo it helped acceleration and gas MPG.
Call it mental or a hoax..but I did not change anything else.I put this one in my tC and I immediately noticed a difference.It seemed to stop a little stuttering on acceleration that I had.It could not have been a dirty filter as I just hit 15,000 miles.I could have had a bad filter...
Call it a fluke..but so far both times I have used K&N air filters they have worked wonders.
The only reason it got 4 stars is because I have not tested it for long term use yet on this vehicle.Also..the filter is not marked so you can tell which side is up or which side is down.
