I had ordered this item with what I thought would be plenty of time to receive and install the part before a big trip. I was told it would arrive by a certain date which was fine. Then my part seemed to disappear for nearly three weeks after that with no tracking info. I was told by AMAZON that UPS doesn't always enter tracking information (really?). Shortly after this email, all of the sudden the tracking info appeared and the part showed up 2-3 days later. Disappointed in the shipping speed especially when AMAZON usually exceeds expectations in this area. Still not sure if this was an AMAZON issue or UPS.
